Free delivery for our orders over NT$10,000, before tax.(The free delivery service applies only within selected districts in Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taoyuan County, Hsinchu City/County, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung**)
If the total amount per purchase is under NT$10,000, or for areas other than those mentioned above, please contact our representatives.
Enjoy next-business-day delivery within the areas mentioned above when the orders are placed before 6 p.m.
Orders placed after 6 p.m. will be processed the following business day, for a delivery in two business days.*

To return a product purchased through the Costco Business Delivery, please bring the product in its original packaging (including its warranty letter) to the in-store Return Exchange Counter. (Please remember to bring your receipt, invoice and tax no. chop. If the purchase was made with a credit card, the credit card holder should bring the card with him/her when making the return.)
